3. Ad Packages

12ClicksPay.com offers advertising packages that provide ad credits, package-based reward potential, and a defined maturity value.

• Each package gives the member advertising credits.
• Each package has its own cost, earn-per-click value, maturity value, and total return.
• Members can own up to 5 packs from each package level.
• Packages continue earning until they reach their maturity value.
• Once a package reaches maturity, it stops earning.
• Package values, rewards, and limits may be updated by the platform when necessary.

4. Earnings and Paid Clicks

Members may earn from qualifying paid ad views based on their active packages and the platform’s daily reward rules.

• Members can earn from up to 12 paid ads daily.
• Each ad view requires a countdown timer before reward confirmation.
• The current ad countdown is 15 seconds.
• Members earn based on the earn-per-click value of their active packages.
• If a member owns multiple active packages, the system may add the earn-per-click value of all eligible active packages.
• After the daily paid ad limit is reached, extra views may reward ad credits only.
• Members cannot earn rewards from viewing their own ads.

5. Advertising Rules

Members may use ad credits to advertise approved websites, referral links, business pages, landing pages, offers, and promotions.

• Text ads
• Banner ads
• Login ads
• Featured ads
• Rotating ads

Advertiser Responsibilities

• Members must submit correct target URLs.
• Ads must not contain illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unsafe content.
• Ads must not promote scams, malware, phishing, hate, adult abuse, or fraudulent offers.
• The platform may approve, reject, pause, edit, or remove ads that violate rules.
• Ad credits used for rejected or removed ads may be handled according to platform policy.

6. Referral Commission Rules

12ClicksPay.com may provide referral commissions to qualified members based on eligible package purchases in their referral network.

• Level 1: 10%
• Level 2: 3%
• Level 3: 2%

Members must own at least one active ad package before they qualify for referral commissions.

• Referral commissions are paid only on eligible purchases.
• Referral abuse, fake accounts, self-referrals, or account manipulation are prohibited.
• The platform may cancel commissions connected to fraudulent activity.
• Referral percentages may be adjusted if platform policy changes.

7. Wallets and Balances

The platform may use multiple balances to separate earnings, purchases, repurchases, ad credits, and withdrawals.

• Cash Wallet: Used for eligible withdrawable earnings.
• Repurchase Wallet: May be used for buying additional packages.
• Ad Credit Balance: Used for advertising on the platform.
• Reserve or System Balance: May be used internally for platform accounting.

Wallet balances shown in member accounts are subject to transaction verification, system review, fraud checks, and platform rules.

8. Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawals from eligible cash wallet balances according to the platform’s withdrawal policy.

• Withdrawals must meet the platform’s minimum withdrawal amount.
• Members must provide correct payment details or wallet addresses.
• The platform is not responsible for funds sent to wrong wallet addresses provided by the member.
• Withdrawals may be reviewed before approval.
• Withdrawals connected to suspicious activity may be delayed, rejected, or cancelled.
• Fees may apply depending on the payment method or crypto network.

9. Prohibited Activities

Members must not use 12ClicksPay.com in a way that damages the platform, other members, advertisers, or the reward system.

• Creating multiple fake accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, VPN abuse, or fake traffic to view ads.
• Viewing your own ads for rewards.
• Submitting false deposit or payment claims.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, overload, or manipulate the platform.
• Posting illegal, misleading, harmful, adult, scam, malware, phishing, or abusive advertisements.
• Using referral fraud, self-referrals, or fake downlines.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing staff or other members.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

• Platform features, percentages, package values, and rules may be updated when necessary.
